As Thetas, we recognize the importance and need for more diversity within our chapter. Diversity creates an enriching experience for all of our members. Prior to recruitment, we are committed to educating our members on implicit bias and the importance of recognizing these biases throughout the recruitment process so that each potential new member and new member feels valued and welcomed by our chapter. We also understand that diversity and inclusion is a continuous process that goes beyond recruitment, and we will be incorporating these values into our new member program and general chapter education.
