LEADERSHIP POTENTIAL

Our founders coined our slogan, "Leading Women." And since, Kappa Alpha Theta has been strongly committed to providing opportunities for the leadership development of our members. As a chapter, we have a cabinet of 24 officers and executive board members who courageously lead, influence, and inspire our chapter members. Our members also involve themselves in organizations across campus to create diverse college experiences and lifelong leadership skills that they carry with them into their careers and futures.
